What is the MOQ for stock-logo and fully custom bags?
For stock-logo orders, selected backpacks can start at 50 pieces, canvas and drawstring bags at 100, and nonwoven bags at 500. Full custom starting points are commonly 300-500 backpacks, 500 canvas totes, 1,000 drawstring bags and 2,000-5,000 nonwoven bags depending on fabric weight.
How long does custom bag production take?
Plan about 10-15 days for 500 pieces, 15-20 days for 1,000 and 25-35 days for 5,000. A stock bag with logo printing can be as fast as 5-7 days. Material purchasing and sewing-line availability can change the final schedule.
How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?
A digital mockup is free and normally ready within one working day. A stock-logo sample is typically RMB 200-500 and takes 3-5 days. A fully custom pre-production sample is typically RMB 800-1,500 and takes 7-10 days. The sample fee can usually be refunded after a bulk order above US$3,000.
Which logo methods work best on bags?
Screen printing suits 1-3 solid colors and larger areas. Heat transfer supports detailed full-color graphics. Sublimation works on suitable light polyester. Embroidery adds texture but needs adequate line thickness, while woven labels and rubber patches suit smaller private-label details.
Can the material and Pantone color be customized?
Yes. Made-to-order Pantone dyeing normally starts at about 2,000 pieces. Stock black, white, red, blue, navy and other common colors can support lower quantities, sometimes from 100 pieces.
Can you add private labels, packaging and gift-set kitting?
Yes. Options include care labels, side-seam woven labels, hangtags, individual OPP bags, belly bands and custom boxes. We can also pack notebooks, drinkware or products from other suppliers into the finished bags and ship them together.
Can you provide GRS and OEKO-TEX documentation?
For qualifying RPET projects, we can coordinate GRS Transaction Certificate and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 documentation that corresponds to the actual material, supplier and order. Sustainability claims are reviewed against the available project evidence.
