3.Can purchased items be shipped?
Yes, purchased items can be shipped. The ZZER designer stores ship via SF Express within 48 hours of purchase if the item is already authenticated. If not, the seller has to contact ZZER first to inspect and authenticate the product and then it will be ready to be shipped via the SF Express. As of writing, ZZER only supports shipment within mainland China only.
4. Why does a product I see at the Transparent Warehouse show as sold or unavailable when I scan it?
A product consigned at the Transparent Warehouse will show as sold or unavailable when you scan it if a buyer has already completed the payment earlier than you. Another reason is if the seller has decided to cancel selling the product. Note that items are consigned to ZZER App simultaneously on product pages and livestreams. Stay updated so you won’t miss out.

You will know if the seller is open to negotiation if the “Make an Offer” button is visible in the ZZER App. Offer your proposed price and pay it. Unfortunately, ZZER does not offer care or repair services since they do not have a team that is responsible for these types of services. You can try to explore the mall or ask the staff or seller if they can refer you to someone. There might also be care or repair shops nearby.
